Phoenix House, the nations' premiere substance abuse treatment organization is seeking a highly motivated, innovative individual to oversee all activities at our residential treatment academy for adolescents located in Dublin. Must possess excellent communication and decision making skills, strong supervisory background and the ability to interact with state and local agencies. Knowledge of Therapeutic Communities and an understanding of treating adolescents with a substance abuse disorder a plus. At least three years of supervisory experience with knowledge of substance abuse treatment. Masters Degree required and LADC, LMHC, LISCW or eligibility for same.
